- Create a vendor account
- Complete your application form
- A booth/exhibit photo is required. Applications without the required photo will not be considered.
- Hear back within 10 business days
- If approved, receive your Vendor Contract, invoice and applicable follow-up instructions. Return the executed agreement by the deadline stated in your acceptance information.
- Required payment or deposit is according to the terms of your issued contract and invoice.
Important Information
- All stands: 12 ft minimum frontage.
- Complete all requested information. Incomplete applications will not be accepted.
- Review the Vendor Concession Manual and applicable vendor fees before submitting.
- New vendors: pay in full upon signing.
- Returning vendors: 25/25/50 payment schedule.
